SHIPPING
Arthurs Creek Coffee Co ships Australia wide and offers free shipping for orders over $199.
For all other shipping rates, we charge a flat rate of $10.55. Shipping to remote areas may incur additional shipping fees.
To avoid shipping costs personal pick up is available, please come and visit us at our shop front located at 272 Yarra Street, Warrandyte 3113. Choose the option Store pickup when you check out.
We are also pleased to offer a free delivery service to the following LOCAL AREAS: Arthurs Creek, Nutfield, Hurstbridge, Panton Hill, Warrandyte, Mernda, Doreen and Whittlesea. Simply use the promo code DELIVERLOCAL when you checkout.
Arthurs Creek Coffee Co roasts weekly and orders are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please note that orders have to be placed by 2pm the day before to be processed and included in the schedule for the next available delivery day.
The ordering of non-coffee products eg; equipment can cause a delay in shipping as we only have limited stock available. In that case you will receive a notification with an estimated delivery date.
With each order you will receive a tracking number.
RETURNS
We have a strict 14-day return policy and accept change-of-minds on products or merchandise if you return it within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on coffee products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which have you received it, unworn or unused, with tags in place, and in its original packaging. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, you can contact us via the form on our contact page. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, we can evaluate and correct the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and we will then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your Bank or Credit Card Company to process the refund and credited to your account.
